“Before being coached by Mary Lou, there were these repeating patterns of money coming in, and then just flying out. I would make a certain amount, and then I would cap off at that and I wouldn't be able to get past that. Another part of the pattern was, make a lot of money, but doing it in a way that was so exhausting. Then I would spiral back and it would all go away again.

I started to realize, I have to change something. And that was going to require me to do something different than what I had done before.
